Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for any reason. However, you may transfer your classes or registration to another person. While we will try to assist you in finding a buyer for any purchase that you need to sell, it is ultimately your responsibility. We can not guarantee that we will have the time to assist you, particularly as the deadline for the event draws near. If you have questions, please email terri@atsreunion.com.

May I purchase classes, meals, or show tickets at the event?

Yes, classes, workshops, and meals are for sale at the event, via cash, check, or PayPal. Show tickets will be for sale at the door.

How can I connect with other ATS® Reunion participants?

We have a Facebook community for ATS® Reunion participants. Please join to connect with potential roommates, share your excitement, or find folks to transfer your registration should you not be able to attend.

Do you keep wait lists?

We do not keep wait lists for ATS® Reunion weekend packages or individual workshops. We may start a wait list for GS/TT if it sells out.

Which airport should I use?

The Kansas City International airport is just a few miles from the Expo Center and Hotel for our venue. Use the airport code MCI when looking for flights. (Once upon a time, the Kansas City International airport was originally called the Mid-Continent International Airport, which is how it got the code MCI.)
